I often wonder how things have become the way they are in my life. I have a wonderful marriage, a good job, and i live in a beautiful lake house by the side of one of the largest lakes in Minnesota. It is not the biggest house in the area, and it doe’s not have the most beautiful beach, but we have the best neighbors that we could possibly ask for. We are very fortunate to have moved next door to a couple that we enjoy visiting often. When we visit them, we play cards together, go fishing together, plus we often dine together. I am so glad that we live next door to people that we can trust, and that can lend a hand with anything if required.

For quite a few years now I have gone to different arts and crafts shows. Initially I went there to purchase things for our home and to also get some ideas for crafts that I could make as gifts. There’s quite often some very beautiful pieces of work that turn up at these shows. There’s also certain things that I would be very embarrassed to admit that i’d made.
